Brother Sean Asberry (East [English] Congregation in Gaithersburg, Maryland) says, “Silent Spark Electric (Maryland) is looking for a licensed, experienced electrician to join our team part-time, 2–3 days per week to start, with real opportunity to grow into 4+ days and increased pay within 90 days.

Responsibilities:
- Perform residential service electrical work, with occasional commercial jobs
- Work well alongside other team members on-site
- Deliver a high standard of workmanship and professionalism on every job
- Represent the company with a clean, professional appearance and strong customer communication
- Follow company standards for customer experience and job site care

Requirements:
- Active electrician license
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Residential electrical experience (commercial a plus)
- Works well with others, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Someone who takes pride in the work, not just clocking hours

Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday to start (2–3 days/week)

Pay: Starting at $28 per hour with a clear path to more days and higher pay within 90 days based on performance
