Position: cleaning supervisor

Responsibilities:
Perform quality inspections at customer locations
Train and support cleaning team
Ensure cleaning standards are consistently met
Respond to service requests and help resolve issues
Travel between customer locations throughout the DMV area

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience
Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekend availability
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Comfortable driving throughout Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
