These small, yet expensive, apartments are unfortunately in neighborhoods that are less than desirable, with neighbors that are less than neighborly…

A more attractive option might be to room with a fellow brother! Each room is on the second floor, and has a private bathroom. Each room will be move-in ready, as each room will already have a bed, nightstands, dresser, and lights, so you will not need to get those items if you don’t already have them. Shared living space includes: living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and spacious backyard. Utilities included are: electric, water, gas, internet, and home security. Plenty of street parking.
