Job: part-time IT field tech

Brother Irvin Lee, III (North Congregation in Alexandria, Virginia) is hiring a part-time IT field technician (1099) – DMV Onsite Calls (Flexible Schedule):

CallMyITGuy.com is looking for an experienced, customer-friendly IT Field Service Technician (1099 contractor) to help with onsite calls in the DMV. You must live within one of the service areas shown and have reliable transportation.

Service area: Onsite jobs are typically within ~20–30 miles of your home base (traffic/scheduling considered).
Schedule: Work is available 7 days/week between 11AM–8PM. You choose your own days/hours (up to ~20 hours/week).

Typical calls include:

* Wi-Fi/router troubleshooting & setup
* Printer setup/troubleshooting
* PC/Mac troubleshooting, tune-ups, and installs
* New computer setup & basic migrations
* Home office / small business support (email, Microsoft 365 basics, network stability)

Requirements:

* Hands-on IT support experience (residential and/or small business)
* Strong communication and customer service (plain English)
* Reliable vehicle and punctuality
* Ability to document work and send updates after each visit
* Basic tools/laptop for troubleshooting

Compensation: Hourly pay is competitive and negotiable based on experience.
