Hiring: commercial cleaners

Sister Misty Kiley (South Congregation in Annapolis, Maryland) says, “Hi! I’m Misty, an Operations Manager with Foreman Pro Cleaning. We’re hiring one or two Day Porter or Senior Cleaning Technicians for part-time to full-time work!

We’re looking for experienced, dependable cleaning professionals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a supportive team. Hours may be part-time or full-time, depending on your schedule and availability.

What You’ll Do
• Provide day porter services: clean restrooms and common areas, remove trash, and restock supplies.
• Perform detailed cleaning in critical environments, following training and safety procedures.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Represent Foreman Pro Cleaning professionally with customers and coworkers.

What We’re Looking For
• Cleaning experience—secular or theocratic—and attention to detail.
• Dependability, a positive attitude, and pride in your work.
• Daytime availability and some evening availability. Weekend availability is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, and moving equipment.
• Reliable transportation to Annapolis and some flexibility to work in the DMV area.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

• Perform quality inspections, manage and restock supplies, and provide team training and feedback.
• Manage projects and coordinate with team members and contractors.
• Communicate with customers by email, phone, and in person.
• Use smartphone apps to communicate and manage assignments. Advanced computer skills are not required.

Organizational and leadership skills are a plus, but the QB role is not required for the cleaning position. We provide training and support to help you grow. A company vehicle is provided while leading projects, performing inspections,
and completing restock routes.
