JW-only Trip: Dominican Republic

Sister Jessica Vides (Brisas Oriental Congregation in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) says, “Hi everyone, my name is Jessica Vides — I’m originally from Alexandria, Virginia, USA (and have used Tomcast's services many times over the years).

My husband, Boscolo, and I moved to the Dominican Republic about 11 years ago to serve where the need is greater. During our time here, we’ve really come to love exploring the country—its culture, different regions, and all the places you don’t always see when visiting.

Over the past few years, that naturally turned into helping others plan their trips here, and now we’re hosting a small group experience. We’re putting together a JW-only trip to Las Terrenas (Samaná, DR), December 4–10, 2026.

It’s designed to be easy and fully taken care of—a private villa stay with meals, local excursions, and everything organized for you. My husband and I will be there the entire time as your hosts, helping everything run smoothly.

We’re keeping it small and personal — max 10 guests.

There’s also an optional add-on to visit Santo Domingo, including a stop at Bethel and the new museum (definitely worth seeing).

This could be a good fit if you:
• Enjoy traveling but don’t want to plan everything
• Want to experience more of the Dominican Republic beyond a resort
• Like the idea of a comfortable, well-organized group trip (you will have the freedom to explore on your own as well)
• Are open to meeting and traveling with other brothers and sisters
