“Hi! I want to share a job post and a resource from the company I work for. Hera is hiring remote social workers and nurses throughout the US to coordinate care for seniors in New York. We are currently working with patients in New York only, but we’re expanding to Maryland and New Jersey this year. I want to share the information about the job and also share the website so that any who have elderly friends/family in New York can get in touch if they are looking for help coordinating medical care. We are covered by original medicare, we don’t accept Medicare Advantage plans at this time. We pair seniors on Medicare with a dedicated assistant to help manage their care needs such as setting up meal delivery, transportation, home health aides, ordering medical supplies, finding local resources, visiting foot care and wound care, scheduling and managing appointments, help with applications like SCRIE and Medicaid and other benefits, etc.
